Terms of Service, Liability Waiver & Privacy Policy

Please read carefully before booking your session.

At Sanando Juntos, we operate on the premise that healing is a path of self-responsibility. By scheduling, registering for, or participating in any session (individual, group, in-person, or online) or purchasing treatment packages with any of our facilitators, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Client Responsibility: You understand and accept that you are solely responsible for your well-being, your decisions, and the outcomes of your process. You acknowledge that the success of the treatment relies on your own integration and personal work.
• Scope of Service: Our services, including Energy Healing, Somatic Breathwork, and holistic coaching, do not substitute for clinical medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Sanando Juntos facilitators do not diagnose illnesses nor prescribe medication.
• Waiver of Liability: By confirming your booking, you voluntarily release Sanando Juntos, its founders, and any facilitator within our community from 100% of legal liability, claims, or demands regarding session outcomes or changes in your physical, mental, or emotional health. You assume full accountability for your experience.

Our spaces and our facilitators' energy are reserved exclusively for you. To maintain integrity and respect for everyone's time, we enforce the following strict policy without exception:

• No-Refund Policy: Once the exchange has been made (whether for a single session or a treatment package), no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances. All sales are final.
• Discontinuation of Treatment: If you unilaterally decide not to continue with a treatment or package already purchased, the remaining sessions will not be refunded. 
• Package Validity: Session packages have a specific expiration date. It is the client's responsibility to schedule their sessions within the stipulated timeframe.

The relationship between facilitator and client is based on trust and energetic alignment.

• Termination of Service: Sanando Juntos facilitators reserve the right to terminate a treatment or refuse service if they deem, for professional or personal reasons, that they are not the right fit to accompany your current process, or if boundaries are transgressed.
• Transferability: In the event that a facilitator decides to end the treatment before a purchased package is completed, no cash refunds will be made. However, the remaining balance/sessions may be:
  
  1. Transferred to another person designated by the client.
  2. Exchanged for other services, workshops, or events within the Sanando Juntos community.

Your privacy is sacred to us.

• The Private Container: Everything spoken, experienced, or released during sessions is strictly restricted to the private space constructed for the treatment.
• Confidentiality Agreement: Our facilitators are committed to not disclosing personal information shared during the session to any third parties.
